D.R.E.A.M Impact Inc. (DI2) is an organization founded by two educators that believe in the foundation of education and the importance of teaching the whole child by promoting researched based strategies, trauma-informed teaching while providing equity for all. DI2 specializes in education consulting but is not limited to that entity. DI2 believes in the influence of culture and the impact it can have on schools and organizations alike. Our mission is to grow and be a change agent to your organization through our core values of D.R.E.A.M.
D.R.E.A.M Impact Incorporated was brought to life in 2024. This company focuses on helping schools and businesses build healthy and sustainable environments by implementing skills and strategies centered on relationship building, culturally relevant pedagogy, culture analysis, trauma and implicit bias training, diversity training and socio-emotional development, conflict resolution, as well as other practical strategies. Whether in the classroom or outside of it, students, or adults, we bring research-based, innovative techniques to help build curriculums and relationships to the forefront by addressing diversity and culture.
