Our Story
Jacob Isom, BSW, M.Ed., Ph.D. has been teaching for 11 years in the classroom and has over 20 years of experience working with children as young as five through adulthood. Born in Chicago, raised in Tennessee, he is currently a mentor, business owner, content creator and teacher. Jacob has published two non-fiction books and is currently working on turning his dissertation into his third book, that focuses on multicultural curriculum and instructional practices. He attended Middle Tennessee State University, Northern Arizona, and Walden University where he finished his Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Jacob believes that the educational landscape needs a mindset shift, where culture, relationships and diversity is at the forefront.
Our Story
Tibitha Neal, BA, MBA, Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Management, is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience, including 14 years in the classroom and 6 years in leadership roles as an instructional coach, dean of students, and assistant principal.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tibitha attended Tennessee State University, the University of Phoenix, and Capella University. She is deeply passionate about teaching the whole child and firmly believes in the three R’s: Rigor, Relationships, and Relevance.
Tibitha is committed to fostering a safe, supportive environment that encourages a growth mindset and determination, ensuring all students have the foundation they need to succeed. Her unwavering dedication to creating a positive and inclusive school culture drives her mission to empower every student to reach their full potential.
